MARKETING & SALES FOR B2B SOFTWARE

Tasks & Responsibilities

Marketing 

  • Build and apply a solid strategy for both traditional and digital sales growth
  • Collect, organise and analyse market data such as potential customer company lists and market segmentation, financial data from leads, market growth estimates
  • Collaborate in defining and implementing the inbound marketing strategy centred around quality content creation such as white papers, articles and webinars by steering the team’s content creation efforts

Sales

  • Maintain the Custer Relationship Management (CRM) information up to date according to developments in the sales activities for both DMD Solutions consulting projects and Robin RAMS software tool
  • Participate as a team member in all phases of the sales funnel, from prospection (cold calls, introductory emails), building vision (meetings with potential customers), RFP/RFQ (proposal/quotation according to customer requirements) to contract negotiation for both software and consulting engineering projects
  • Bring ideas to the strategy for customer retention, repurchase and referral
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to improve the B2B Sales Funnel process definition and adapt it to field experience

Digital Marketing

  • Manage digital marketing tools available such as WordPress website optimization, SEO and SEM, Linkedin Ads, etc. for both dmd.solutions and robinrams.com
  • Prepare and launch campaigns maximizing reach within stablished budget
  • Collect succes data from Google Analytics and similar data collection platforms and present KIPs to management
  • Boost sales through ecommerce platform for B2B software platform
Required skills
  • Currently studying or just finlized a Master’s degree in the area of Marketing & Commercial (Marketing Management, Digital Marketing, etc.) with a clear interest on international B2B sales
  • Strong interest in developing digital marketing tools autonomously, including WordPress website, Hubspot, Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Linkedin ads, etc.
  • Proactive, mature and self-confident individual, capable to manage conf-calls with managers from aerospace companies
  • Interest in the technological sector, ideally passionate about aircraft, space and/or drone industries
  • Language skills: proficient in English both written and spoken, knowledge of German will be appreciated. Catalan and Spanish languages are not an initial request, but shall be learned within a 1 year time-span.
  • Experience in the usage of CRM and project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Salesforce, etc.
  • Strong business acumen in project planning, management and business development
