PROJECT: LANDING GEAR CONTROL UNIT RELIABITY IMPROVEMENT
Monitoring of the reliability parameters for the system landing gear control unit showed an unsatisfactory behavior related to the Mean Time Between Failures. An investigation was launched and corrective actions were proposed to the system provider.
The implementation of the corrective actions resulted in an immediate benefit to the system reliability and its long term behavior.
